Provido connects to your Shopify store, forecasts demand for every product variant at every location, explains each reorder in plain English, and drafts purchase orders grouped by supplier for you to approve in one tap.
The forecasting is deterministic rather than AI. It is statistics, so the same numbers always produce the same answer and every recommendation can be checked. AI is used for the writing: it turns those figures into an explanation you can read, and drafts the email to your supplier. It never decides what to order, and it never sends anything.
Your customers' data stays yours. Provido reads what sold and when, never who bought it. No customer names, no email addresses, no shipping addresses, no payment details. Not stored, not transmitted, not anywhere in our systems.
Leaving Stocky? It stopped working on 31 August, but you can still export from it until around the end of November. What happens and by when, and what to capture before then in a format that imports without editing.

Who builds Provido
Provido is built by Rel8 CX Ltd, a software company registered in England and Wales. We build customer experience and automation software, and we have spent years shipping systems that businesses run their day to day operations on.
We built Provido because Shopify is retiring Stocky on 31 August 2026, which leaves merchants without native demand forecasting or purchase ordering. The tools left behind tend to be expensive, tied to annual contracts, and difficult to trust because they cannot show their working.
Provido takes the opposite approach. The forecasting is deterministic rather than a black box, so the same inputs always produce the same answer and every reorder can be explained in plain English. You approve every purchase order before it goes anywhere. There is no annual contract.
