Plans, what each one includes, and how the bands work
Provido is free to install and free to keep. Working out what to reorder, and understanding why, costs nothing and has no time limit. You pay when you want Provido to send the order to your supplier and to record what arrived.

What the free plan includes
- Demand forecasts for every product variant at every location, with seasonality and trend
- Every figure behind a reorder: days of cover, reorder point, suggested quantity and unit cost
- Stockout and overstock alerts, plus the weekly summary email
- Purchase orders drafted and grouped by supplier, ready to review
- Supplier import from a CSV export, so moving over does not mean retyping
It stays free. There is no trial clock on it and no card required.
What a paid plan adds
- Every reorder written out in plain English, not just the figures
- Sending a drafted purchase order to your supplier, once you approve it
- Recording what arrived, so your Shopify inventory updates with the delivery
- Support, with priority handling on Growth and Scale, and an onboarding call on Scale
Every paid plan unlocks the same features. The difference between them is the size of business each is meant for, not what the app will do.
Every paid plan starts with a 30 day free trial. Thirty rather than the fourteen most tools offer, because a typical supplier lead time is fourteen days. On a fortnight you could not complete a single cycle: forecast, approve the order, receive the delivery, watch the stock land. You would be asked to pay before seeing it work once.
How the bands work
Paid plans are banded by your store's trailing twelve month revenue, measured in your store's own currency rather than converted at a rate that goes stale. The band tells you which plan fits your business. It is not a limit on what the app will do.
If your revenue grows past your band, Provido keeps working exactly as it did. You will see a notice inviting you to move to the plan that fits. We do not lock you out of your own data, withhold features, or suspend the service.

Billing
- All charges go through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. We never see or hold your card details.
- Month to month. There is no annual contract and no minimum term.
- Cancel any time from the billing screen in the app. Cancelling drops you back to the free plan rather than cutting you off: you keep your forecasts, explanations, alerts and drafted orders.
- Prices are in US dollars, which Shopify converts to your billing currency.
