Getting your supplier list out of Stocky

Stocky has no supplier export. Purchase orders, stocktakes and cost reports all come out as CSV from the Reports section. Suppliers do not. There is no button, no bulk export and no API. If you want your supplier list, somebody has to type it out while Stocky still opens.
This is the part of the migration people find last, usually after they have chosen a new app and started setting it up. It is worth doing first, because it is the only part with a deadline you cannot move.

How long you actually have
Stocky stopped working on 31 August 2026. That is the date everyone wrote about, and it is not the export deadline. Shopify has said it will keep Stocky available for viewing and exporting for a minimum of 90 days after that, which puts the real cut off around the end of November 2026.
So if you have not done this yet, you are not too late. You are also not as early as the 90 days makes it sound, because the app is already read only and nobody is going to remind you.
What comes out, and what does not

There is no one click "export everything". Every report is run and saved separately, and purchase orders have no bulk export at all, so a store with a long ordering history has real work to do there as well.
What to capture for each supplier
Four fields carry almost all the value. Everything else you can rebuild later from your own records or from the supplier themselves.
- Supplier name, as it appears in Stocky
- Email, the address you actually send orders to
- Lead time in days, which is the one nobody remembers and every forecast depends on
- Minimum order value, if that supplier has one
Lead time is the field worth being careful about. It is the difference between a reorder suggestion that arrives in time and one that arrives after you have already stocked out, and it is not written down anywhere else in your business.
A spreadsheet that imports without editing
Use these exact column headings. They are Stocky's own field names, so if you type your supplier list into a sheet with this header row and save it as CSV, Provido reads it directly with no mapping step.
Download the template if it is easier than typing the header row.
Keep the file whatever you end up using. Any inventory app worth moving to will take a CSV, and a list you typed once is a list you never type again.
Do it in one sitting
Open the Suppliers page in Stocky next to a blank sheet and work down the list. Most stores have somewhere between ten and forty suppliers, so this is twenty minutes, not an afternoon. The temptation is to do it later, when you have picked a new app. Later is when the app stops opening.
